However, as our aramid fiber and bespoke materials are artisan-grade and hand-finished, slight variations in texture or finish may occur. These variations are a testament to the authentic craftsmanship of our collections.
2. Order Acceptance & Pricing
Prices for our collections are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the concierge email provided at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Our white-glove delivery service typically arrives within 8-15 business days globally. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping. Theluxurycase is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.
4. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Theluxurycase and protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of our branding, editorial content, or high-fashion imagery is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
