30-Day Return Window
We offer a generous 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original luxury packaging.
Exclusions: Bespoke & Custom
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned due to their unique nature:
- Bespoke Customization: Any item crafted specifically to your material or design requirements.
- Personalized Monograms: Items featuring custom initials or engravings.
- Final Sale Items: Pieces explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

"Each bespoke case is a unique creation crafted exclusively for your device. As such, these items are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present."
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items, we will provide a complimentary replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We process exchanges with the same 8-15 day shipping priority as new orders.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
